Pastor Thompson was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Sandra Thompson and Michael Dickerson, and raised by Earlene Thompson and his mother, Angela Thompson.  He has lived in Miami for the past 27 years.  He is the father of Jarvis Thompson, Karon Thompson and Marquis Richardson.  He is the God Father of Joshua Burch and Dawon Palmore. Pastor Thompson received his degree in Theology from Florida Memorial University in 1995. He has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ for 27 years, and he is a noteworthy Prophet. 

In 1992, Pastor Jacques Thompson was ordained at Faith Tabernacle Deliverance Temple of Miami, Florida under the leadership of Bishop Curtis R. Brown.  He served 13 years under Bishop Brown as the Choir Director, Youth Pastor, Event Coordinator and Ministry Organizer.  Bishop Curtis Brown and Senior Bishop Ronald E. Brown trained him as a Prophet, Evangelist and Minister.  In 2003 he was lead to the Cathedral of Praise Ministries in Miami, Florida.  He was ordained an Elder on May 7, 2006. During his 4 year tenure he served as the Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Auxiliary Ministries Director, Pastor of Evangelism and the Pastor of Christian Education at the Cathedral of Praise.  He was consecrated as a Prophet, and reaffirmed as an Elder by late Bishop Cassie Sorrells-Brown, The Apostle on June 22, 2008 at Shekinah Glory Ministries.  He served as a House Prophet for 4 years. 

He is now the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Church Guilty Of Love located in Miami, Florida.  This church is an affiliate of the Beth-el Churches For Christ Inc. in Baltimore Maryland.  Bishop Carrington Morgan is our Diocean Bishop. 

He is also a psalmist.  He has been a member of the Genesis Delegation recording group under the direction of Overseer Melvin C. Dawson Jr.; and the Miami Workshop Choir under the direction of Pastor Marc Cooper.

Out of the pulpit he has served as: Executive with the South Florida Boy Scouts Council, the Director of Dade Marine Institute, Child Protective Investigator, Child Protective Counselor, Medicaid Wavier Support Coordinator and now he is the Owner and CEO of “Speak For Me Inc.” 

It is the mission of The Church Guilty Of Love to show the world the “Love” of the Lord Jesus Christ “which passeth all understanding”…  It is our objective to equip, empower and teach all of Gods children how to develop and maintain a personal relationship with Him.  We will provide an environment that is full of Love with the support of caring and unselfish persons.  It is our mission to make everyone feel welcome.  It is the mission of TCGOL to give of our time, knowledge and love.  It is our agenda to educate believers on the principles of love and help them to display the attributes of Gods’ love according to the Word of God.  We will embrace all people and accept them as they are teaching them the principle that Holiness without no man shall see the Lord.  It is the mission of TCGOL to allow the Holy Spirit and the Word of God to empower, heal, deliver and change men and women according to His will and Divine Purpose for their lives.  Finally, it is the mission of TCGOL to provide an atmosphere of love that is faith based.  We believe that with this mission firmly and confidently executed God will perform miracles in this House as well as the House of every believer.  It is our intent to be found Guilty of Love, by God and others.
